Returns and Refunds

All murals are distributed from Poland and are subject to Polish law. In the event of a damaged or defected mural the buyer has the right to return the mural to our warehouse in Poland. It must be done within 10 days from the date of receiving the mural which must be sent unused. The buyer covers all postage costs associated with the return. If the claim is admitted we will refund the money originally paid by the buyer.

Delivery times quoted in email correspondence or on the website are estimate only. We are not responsible for any delays caused by delivery agents. We aim to inform customers of the tracking numbers before the package is due for delivery. It is in the interest of a buyer to track the parcel and contact the delivery agent in case of any problems. However we offer help and assistance wherever possible and try to resolve any delays as promptly as possible.

If these Terms are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
